Looking in on the patio...
The Magnolia Room - adjoining the patio is this beautiful fine dining room which can accommodate up to 50 guests. The window facing the original historic brick street - Market Street - is fully retractable, making it the perfect cool spot in the summer. This room also has its own separate entrance and its own satellite music allowing you to choose what kind of music is playing. You can keep the volume low or turn it up and you get full control of the station!Perfect for rehearsal dinners, bridesmaid luncheons or setup as a pre-cocktail and hors d'oeuvres area before the reception.
The Oyster Bar is perfect for those pre-cocktail receptions. Brides have used the space to collect gifts,
display family slides and photos and have even brought in a photo booth for those fun, spur of the moment pics that guests can take home. This space can easily accommodate 60 people or more.The Garden Patio - this is the most popular space for special events. The Patio is surrounded on two sides by plants, flowers and of course, the Magnolia tree, giving you the feeling of a garden. It can be fully open with the double pane retractable windows allowing the cool breeze in or can be fully enclosed and heated during cooler weather. The Patio can accommodate over 150 guests.
