Rehearsal Dinners
Magnolias is the perfect place for your rehearsal dinner. We host many rehearsal dinners in the
Magnolia Room, our private, fine dining room with a Southern belle feel. The Magnolia Room overlooks the only remaining original brick street in downtown Asheville, Market Street. Plan your dinner for a little later in the evening (like 7 or 7:30pm) and then take advantage of our live band, A Social Function, that starts at 10pm or go next door for a little disco fun in Cinjades. All wedding groups get in free on Friday and Saturday nights to Magnolias and Cinjades.

Fee: Room fee to reserve the Magnolia Room - $250 plus food and beverage charges during off season, $500 during summer & fall.
Ceremonies & Receptions
We've hosted many receptions and believe it or not, Magnolias has hosted also wedding ceremonies. With the use of our decorator
Magnolias is transformed into the perfect downtown garden venue. Brides, Bridesmaids and Grooms/Groomsmen have plenty of space to get ready using the club next door as their own private dressing room. Brides enter through the beautifully decorated wrought iron gated entrance instead of the main restaurant entrance.
If you host your ceremony at another location, consider using one of the Trolley Services to transport your guest to Magnolias for that added special touch.
We host Ceremonies and Receptions only on Sundays. This allows us to devote the entire restaurant and staff to your special day. We have bundled packages that include food & beverages, champagne toast, decorations, entertainment and photography starting at $3,500. We have negotiated discounted decoration, entertainment and photography services with preferred vendors. We pass those discounts on to you and do not upcharge for those services. Please contact us for more information about these packages. Because we only do ceremonies and receptions on Sunday, you'll need to reserve your date quickly. Dates from June through October go quickly. We do not book events during Bele Chere weekend (typically the 3rd or 4th weekend in July).
Fee: No Room Rental Fee, Minimum Food/Beverage Charges - $3,000
Other Charges:
In addition to the per person food and beverage charges, there is a 7.75% sales tax and 18% gratuity.
We do not charge extra for linens, tables, glassware and waitstaff (the waitstaff and bartenders are paid out of the 18% gratuity but always appreciate extra when you're especially pleased). There is a rental fee for use of non-Magnolias tables, glassware and linens.
Buffet Service - all events over 50 guests are served buffet style.
